Louisiana: Repeal ‘Crime Against Nature’ Laws

According to Human Rights Watch, the Louisiana State House of Representatives voted to repeal a law, enacted in 1805, that punishes and undermines LGBT rights. The law has been supported by Christian groups and is unenforceable since the US Supreme Court struck down, in a landmark decision in 2003, laws against sodomy. Click here to read it.
