“Silent No More” – The Transgender Community in Pakistan

A research by NAZ Pakistan and Forum for Dignity Initiatives

Naz Male Health Alliance has launched “Silent no More, a comprehensive research on the trans-women community of Pakistan.  
 
The research is an effort of NAZ Pakistan (aka. NMHA) which was done in collaboration with the Forum for Dignity Initiatives and was made possible by the support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) unders its Gender Equity Program that was awarded to Aurat Foundation and The Asia Foundation.  
 
This study on trans-women living in Pakistan uncovers an in-depth review of their socio-economic situation and the challenges/barriers they face as well as the support systems available to them.
