Right before the Durban International AIDS Conference SPW organized a seminar in Umhlanga. Thirty four researchers and activists from Africa, Asia, the Americas and Europe (plus remote participation from the post-Soviet countries) discussed key trends in sexual politics as well as specific topics such as queer theorizing, sexual rights, abortion, sex work and HIV & Aids.
